Overnight is the test

Close the laptop. That is the only honest test I trust. If the company waits for you to open it, you do not have a company. You have software that needs a driver.
Overnight is where the story either continues or dies. Bugs. Charges. Replies. A deploy that died. Either something held the wheel or nothing did. I learned to ask that question after the applause, not during it.
Daytime founding is cheap
Anyone can prompt at noon. I can too. The expensive hour is 3am, when nobody is watching the inbox and the model has no pride. Most stacks go quiet. Slack sleeps. The chat waits. The founder is the pager.
If you are the alarm, the product is not live. If the books wait for Monday, you are the controller. If the map does not update, you are the atlas. I have been all three in the same week, and called it a company because the URL still loaded.
Give it a night shift
That is why Voyd is built for the hours you are gone. Memory. Rails. A job that does not need a new prompt to start. Founding is not a session. It is a loop that survives sleep.
The midnight bug I keep writing about was not special because it was late. It was special because nothing moved until a human named it. I do not want that to be the architecture.
If nothing moves while you sleep, you still have a tool.
Wake up to a report, not a blank
Morning should have a record. What moved. What failed. What is next. If morning is a blank chat, you still own every job. I want to wake up to a company that already worked the night.
Start the company. Then let it work the hours you cannot. That is the test. Everything else is a demo that got a good night's sleep while you did not.
